Return Policy

30-Day Right Bike Guarantee
We want you to have the bike that is perfect for you. If it is not exactly right, send it back within 30 days of receiving it. No questions asked.

The bike does not need to be unused, but it should be in good condition when returned.

Please return it in the original packaging whenever possible.

A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
After 30 days we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1725 De La Cruz Blvd Suite #4 Santa Clara California US 95050. Please contact info@vintageelectricbikes.com and we will arrange the shipment including an RMA number for your return. All returns must have an RMA number before shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
