Ownership

Your bike. Our people. The Vintage ownership experience.

Choosing the bike is the beginning. Our team helps with the details, the delivery, and the questions that come with every new chapter of riding.

A great bike deserves a good conversation. Before you choose a model, it helps to talk about the roads near your home, the rides you enjoy, and the details that would make ownership easier. At Vintage, that conversation is part of the experience.

Our Santa Clara team is here to help you understand the bikes and make a choice you feel good about. After the purchase, you have people to call who want to keep you riding. The relationship matters as much as the handoff.

First, find your Vintage

You do not need to arrive with every answer. Tell our sales team what you have in mind. We can walk through the differences between models, discuss accessories, and help you think about the ride you want to have.

If you are nearby, a visit to the factory showroom lets you see the details in person. If you are farther away, a phone call is a good place to begin. Questions about a new bike go directly to sales at (408) 709-4443 or sales@vintageelectricbikes.com.

We handle the handoff

Your Vintage is assembled and tested by our team in Santa Clara. Within our delivery network, the bike travels fully assembled and arrives charged and ready to ride. You can spend that first day getting acquainted with the bike instead of working through a box of parts.

If our direct-delivery network does not reach your location, the team coordinates full assembly and pickup through a service center. Our network includes 350 service centers, and we will help explain the arrangements for your area. The aim is a thoughtful handoff with the right support in place.

Already an owner? Call service.

Questions do not stop once the bike arrives. You might want help understanding a control, planning maintenance, or looking at an upgrade. Our service team is your direct connection for those conversations.

Owners can reach service at (408) 709-4565 or service@vintageelectricbikes.com. For general questions, our main line is (408) 969-0836.

We love the machines we build, and we want you to enjoy yours for the miles ahead. Explore the Vintage Experience or send our team a message. A knowledgeable person and a straightforward answer can make a very good ride even better.
